Question 1043060: I have a pie chart that i need to know what 1/5 is. THe chart has 78%, 28% and then 3 other smaller numbers, i don't remember what they are though, would 28% be the 1/5

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1/5 means what? It means 1 out of 5, or one divided into 5. If I have a round pizza or a round cake and cut it into 5 equal slices, every slice will be 1/5.
1 whole pizza is 100%. If you want to know 1/5 of 100% you have to divide 100 into 5... 20 comes to mind, no?

Note: A pie chart cannot have 78% and 28% since they add up to
more than 100%
