Question 997746: Any help will be appreciated! If log_a(x)=2, log_a(y)=3, and log_a(z)=-4., calculate log_a {yz^2}/{x^3}
Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If log_a(x)=2, log_a(y)=3, and log_a(z)=-4., calculate log_a {yz^2}/{x^3}
-------
All logs base a:
---
calculate log{yz^2}/{x^3}
= log(y) + 2log(z) - 3log(x)
= 3 + 2*(-4) - 3*2
= -11
