Move the coeficients of the logs as exponents of what the logs are 
taken of. 



Write the sum of the the first two logs as the log of the product
of what the logs are taken of.




Write the difference of the the two logs as the log of the quotient
of what the logs are taken of.




Write the 1/4th power as a fourth root:
