I found an answer on this site; but it said it was already as simplified as it can get. My answer options are; 9, 7, 1, 9^7

log base 9 (7) = (9*log 7) / (log 9)
using change of base formula
log 7 / log 9 = 0.88562187458 or approx 1, then
log base 9 (7) = 9 * 1 = 9
