What does that mean, "corresponding factors for logarithm values"?

Maybe say what is the name of the section in your textbook which this question is located. "Corresponding factors for logarithmic values" does not seem familiar. One may find the logarithm of a number or one may find the antilogarithm of a number. Maybe some information about the problem or question is not shown in your request for help; and if this is the case, you need to include it.

Are the given numbers, 1.6 and 1.9, antilogarithms, or are they logarithms? Which base?
