Question 847448: Please help me solve this logarithmic problem;
Solve for x in R^(3-2x)=sqrt(3)
Here is what my working out looks like.
3-2xlogR=(1/2)log3
3-2x=log3/2logR
-2x=((log3/2logR)-3)
x=-1/2((3/2)-log3/4logR)

Solve for x in R^(3-2x)=sqrt(3)
Here is what my working out looks like.
3-2xlogR=(1/2)log3
3-2x=log3/2logR
-2x=((log3/2logR)-3)
x=-1/2((3/2)-log3/4logR)
------------------
It's correct but for the last step.
==============
(3-2x)logR = log(3)/2
3-2x = log(3)/(2logR)
-2x = -3 + log(3)/(2logR)
x = 3/2 - log(3)/(4log(R))
