Question 830763: What is the domain of log(x+6)+log(x-2)=log(x^2+4x-12)
Answer by Fombitz(32388)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Typically when you speak of domains, you talk about functions and the regions where the function exists.
This is not a function but rather an equation (because of the equal sign).
Equations don't have domains but rather solutions (possibly).
Is that what you meant??
