Hi,

log4(x-6)+log4(x-6)=3



    

    ( x-6)(x-6)= 64

     x^2 - 12x + 36 = 64

     x^2 - 12x - 28 = 0

     (x-14)(x+2) = 0   |(Tossing out x= -2  as (x-6)must be > 0
