Question 764224: Hello, good day. I have been trying for the last few hours to work this question: 25x - 8(5^x) = -16, instructions: solve exponential equation. Express irrational solutions in exact form and as a decimal rounded to three decimal
places.
I try to minimize it exponentially and work it like that but it requires log application and I just cannot see how that is possible. All help is greatly appreciated

There's no algebraic solution.
You can use iterative methods, Newton's method, Newton-Raphson, or others.
You can graph it, or use a graphing calculator.
