Question 747560: Solve the following quadratic equation
a) 4(x+2)^-1 - (3x)^-1 = 10(x+2)^-1
Can you please help me out? Thanks so much in advance:)
Can you also please show the steps it would really help me understand:)

Answer by josgarithmetic(39617)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The equation may be more clearly understood in this form first:

Identify the common denominator of 3x(x+2), and multiply the left member and the right member by 3x(x+2), which will clear the denominators from each term.

This seems to NOT be a quadratic equation.
