= 12
Multiply both sides by 3
4* = 36
divide both sides by 4
= 9
log(10^x) = log(9)
x*log(10) = log(9)
log of 10 is 1, therefore
x = log(9) or .95424

Check this on a calc: (4/3)*10^.95424, results 11.9999 ~ 12
