This problem is fairly easy if you really understand what logarithms are. In general logarithms are exponents. Specifically, is the exponent that one can put on a 100 to get a result of 10. So what power of 100 equals 10? Once you realize that 10 is the square root of 100 and that and exponent of 1/2 means square root, then you will know that .
