log[(3m-5)(m)]=log2
(3m-5)(m)=2
3m^2-5m-2=0
(3m+1)(m-2)=0
3m+1=0
m=-1/3 (reject, m>0
m-2=0
m=2
Check:
plug in 2 to the original equation
log[10](3m-5)+log[10](m)=log[10](2)
log[10](6-5)+log[10](2)=log[10](2)
log[10](1)+log[10](2)=log[10](2)
0+log[10](2)=log[10](2)
log[10](2)=log[10](2)
m=2 is the correct ans
