Question 668961: A standard measurement of the speed at which a radioactive substance decays is its half life. The half life of a radioactive substance is the time that it takes for one-half of the substance to decaay. The equation which describes radioactive decay is given below. If the half life of radioactive substance is 10,000 years, then at what rate is it decaying? A = Aoe^rt where: A = amount remaining after "t" years; Ao = initial amount present; R = annual rate of decay. Any help would be appreciated - I don't know where to start.
