= ln[z^2(z-1)(z+1)]

= ln(z^2) + ln(z-1) + ln(z+1)

= 2ln(z) + ln(z-1) + ln(z+1)

ln(z^2(z^2-1))

ln(z^2(z-1)(z+1))

ln(z^2) + ln(z-1) + ln(z+1)

2ln(z) + ln(z-1) + ln(z+1)

So the answer is

2ln(z) + ln(z-1) + ln(z+1)
