Answer by lwsshak3(11628)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
log( 6, (5-2a) ) - log(6, (3a) ) =1
place under single log
log6[(5-2a)/3a]=1
convert to exponential form
6^1=(5-2a)/3a=6
5-2a=18a
20a=5
a=5/20=1/4
