a. log[16]1=0 (16^0=1) (exponential form)
b. log[e]e4=4 (base raised to exponent=exponent)
c. log[10]0.01=log[10](10^-2)=-2 (base raised to exponent=exponent)
d. log[3]27=3 (3^3=27) (exponential form)
e. log[5] 3square root 5
log[5](3√5)
5^x=3√5 (exponential form)
take log of both sides
xlog(5)=log(3)+1/2*log(5)
x=[log(3)+1/2*log(5)]/log(5)
x≈1.1826
log[5] 3square root 5=log[5](3√5)=1.1826
