Question 567879: I am trying to solve
e^.05t = 1600
I have tried and just can't figure it out
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
e^.05t = 1600
ln(e^.05t) = ln(1600)
.05t*ln(e) = ln(1600)
.05t*1 = ln(1600)
.05t = ln(1600)
t = ln(1600)/(0.05)
t = 147.555178164558
Note: the last answer is approximate.
