A rare postage stamp, originally purchased for $1150, has been increasing in value at a steady rate of n% per year.
Write a function that shows the value of the stamp after t years.
:
Convert n% to .01n
Each the year the value will be multiplied by 1.01 to get the increased value
therefore
f(t) = 1150(1.01n)^t
