2 = ae^[b(0)] ___ 2 = a * 1 ___ 2 = a

8 = 2e^[b(2)] ___ 4 = (e^b)^2 ___ 2 = e^b ___ ln(2) = b

f(x) = 2e^[x ln(2)]

f(x) = 2 * 2^x = 2^(x + 1)
