solve for x.
log1/2^x=-4
log (2^-x)=-4
base(10) raised to log of number(-4)=number(2^-x)
10^-4=2^-x
take log of both sides
-4log10=-xlog2
log of base=1
-4=-xlog2
x=4/log2=13.2877
