Hi

8^{7 x - 10} = ( 1/16 )^{2 x - 10}
(2^3)^{7x - 10} = (2^-4 )^{2x - 10}
2^3{7x-10} = 2^-4{2x-10}
3(7x-10) = -4(2x-10)
21x - 30 = -8x + 40
29x = 70
x = 70/29 = 2.4138
