There is not enough information to "solve" for something. As for graphing the function, just build a table of values. Pick some positive numbers for x and use your calculator to find the base 10 logarithm of those numbers. Each pair of numbers will be a point on the graph. Plot each point. Keep finding points and plotting them until you can see the curve being formed. Then sketch in the rest of the curve.

Hint: By choosing powers of 10 for x (100, 10, 1, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, etc.) your logarithms will be integers.
