Question 369671: Using the power law solve the folowing to the nearest hundredth.

I can get the problem so far and then I get confused as to what I should do next.

(x+2)log2 = (x-1)log5
xlog2 + 2log2 = xlog5 - log5

And now I am stuck, if anyone could help me wth what to do next, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
