Question 34518: how do I find the inverse of f(x)=-2x+7?
Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=-2x+7
Interchange the x and the y as follows:
x=-2y+7
Now, solve for "y" as follows:
2y=-x+7
y=(-1/2)x+(7/2)
That is the inverse of y=-2x+7.
