Question 302433: ln x -ln (x-4) = ln4
Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
ln x -ln (x-4) = ln4
Subtracting logs --> division
ln(x/(x-4)) = ln(4)
If the logs are equal, the arguments are equal
x/(x-4) = 4
x = 4x-16
3x = 16
x = 16/3
