With an equation in this form and with the variable in the argument of the logarithm, you just rewrite the equation in exponential form:

and simplify. If you have trouble with fractional exponents, look at the fraction in a factored form. For 2/3 this can be 2%2A%281%2F3%29 or %281%2F3%29%2A2. Either way the factor of two means we're going to square something and the factor of 1/3 means we are going to find a cube root. And we can do this things in either order:
