Question 281387: How do we get x by it self in this promble. 5+ln(8x)=23 -2 ln x
the answer is x= e^6/ 2 .... i dont know how to get x by it self
Answer by subudear(62) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Given that 5+ln(8x)=23 -2lnx
Lets simplify this
ln(8x) + 2ln(x) = 23 - 5
ln(8x) + ln(x)^2 = 18
ln(8x*x^2) = 18
ln(2x)^3 = 18
3ln(2x) = 18
ln(2x) = 6
2x = e^6
x = (e^6)/2
I hope this clarifies your doubt.
