There are 2 ways to do thia. One is to recognize that 5^2 = 25, so
25^(1/2) = 5
--> +log%2825%2C5%29+=+1%2F2

The other way is base change.
+log%2825%2C5%29+=+log%285%29%2Flog%2825%29
= 0.5
--------------------
Using the base change method will always work.
If the problem had been:
+log%2826%2C5%29 or +log%2825%2C6%29
then the 1st method is no help.
