Please simplify and express as a single logarithm;
1/2 log b + 9 log c
using following logarithmic rule: logb (m^n) = nlogb (m)
log b^(1/2) + log c^9
using following logarithmic rule: logb (mn) = logb (m) + logb (n)
log (b^(1/2) * c^9)
