z^x=(y^2)^x implies that z=y^2 or y=sqrt(z)
2^z=2^(3x) implies that z=3x
Therefore y=sqrt(3x)
But x+y+z=16
So, x+sqrt(3x)+3x=16
This can be solved for "x".
Using that you can find values for y and z.
