Question 245760: Not sure how to type this in
how to Evaluate 4^(log base2 5)

Answer by nerdybill(7384)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4^(log base2 5)
.
Apply the "change of base" to the exponent:
log base2 5 = log(5)/log(2) = 2.3219
.
So, now:
4^(log base2 5)
can be written as:
4^2.3219 = 25
