Question 236393: For this problem I must write the logarithmic equation in exponential form. For example the exponential form of "log5 25 = 2" is "5^2 = 25"

log125 25 = 2/3

Answer by Theo(13342)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
log(5,25) = 2 if and only if 5^2 = 25

log(125,25) = (2/3) if and only if 125^(2/3) = 25

125^2 = 15625

15625^(1/3) = root(3,15625) = 25

looks like your answer is:

125^(2/3) = 25

fyi,

125^(2/3) is the same as root(3,125^2) is the same as root(3,125)^2.

this means the cube root of (125 squared) or (the cube root of 125) squared.
