Applying log rules:
log3(3x+6)-log3(x-6)=2
log3[(3x+6)/(x-6)]=2
(3x+6)/(x-6) = 3^2
(3x+6)/(x-6) = 9
(3x+6) = 9(x-6)
3x+6 = 9x-54
6 = 6x-54
60 = 6x
10 = x
