This is what I have so far:
(log(subscript 2)(5)(x^2-1))/(x-1)
log(2)[5(x+1)]
----------------------------
2. 3^(2log(subscript 3)(5))
=3^[log(3)[5^2]]
=3^[log(3)[25]]
= 25
