Im not really sure where to start to achieve the correct answer. If someone could show me the steps,and the correct answer,it would be greatly apperciated.

pH is the logarithm of the hydrogen ion concentration, multiplied by -1

log[H+]=log(2.0x10^-4)=-3.7 (approx)

so the pH is 3.7
