Write log ( -9)- log( +7x +12) as a single logarithm

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Write log ( -9)- log( +7x +12) as a single logarithm
----------------
= log[(x^2-9)/(x^2+7x+12)]
= log[(x+3)(x-3)/(x+3)(x+4)]
= log[(x-3)/(x+4)]
