: I need help with solving x in this problem: log+base+5%28log+base+3+x%29=0.
I have tried dividing log base 5 to both sides and then take what is left with the problem, log+base+3+x=0, and put it in exponintial form, which is,3%5E0=x. which makes x=1, which is not the right answer. According to my math teacher, x=3. Please help me.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
log base 5(log base 3 x)=0
log(base 3 x) = 5^0 = 1
x = 3^1
x = 3
