log%283%2C%284%2Fx%29%29=2 Combine the logs using the identity log%28b%2C%28A%29%29-log%28b%2C%28B%29%29=log%28b%2C%28A%2FB%29%29



3%5E%282%29=4%2Fx Rewrite the equation using the property: log%28b%2C%28x%29%29=y ====> b%5Ey=x


9=4%2Fx Evaluate 3%5E%282%29 to get 9


9x=4 Multiply both sides by x


x=4%2F9 Divide both sides by 9 to isolate x


So the answer is x=4%2F9 which means that the answer is C)

log%28%2834%29%2F%283x%29%29=log100
therefore you can eliminate the log
34%2F3x=100
34=300x
x=34%2F300
x=17%2F150
so the answer is D
