Please help. Thanks

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
log(x - 5) + log 4 = 2
log[4(x-5)] = 2
4(x-5) = 10^2
4x-20 = 100
4x = 120
x = 30
