log(a/b) = log(a) - log(b)
log (a*b) = log(a) + log(b)
log(a^b) = b * log(a)

ln((3x-2)/(x+1)) = ln(3x-2) - ln(x+1)
b)
ln((x^5)(x+7)) = ln(x^5) + ln(x+7) = 5*ln(x) + ln(x+7)
