log base 7 of x + log base 7 of 2 = log base 7 of (x+6)
log 7 (2x)=log 7(x+6), because when you add logs it is the same as multiplying what the log is of.
raise everything to the 7 th power.
2x=x+6
x=6
log7(6)+log7(2)=log7(12)
0.921+0.356 is about equal to 1.277
