A conjecture is an educated guess; here are a few examples:

Opposite angles in a parallelogram are congruent.
So in parallelogram ABCD, Angle A=Angle C and Angle B=Angle D.

Adjacent angles in a parallelogram are supplementary.
So in parallelogram ABCD, angle A+D= 180 degrees and angle B + C = 180 degrees.

Opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal in length.
So in parallelogram ABCD, AD=BC and AB=DC
