Answer by Nate(3500)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(x - (2 - 3i))(x - (2 + 3i))
(x - 2 + 3i)(x - 2 - 3i)
x^2 - 2x + 3xi - 2x + 4 - 6i - 3xi + 6i + 9
x^2 - 4x + 13 = f(x)
Check:
x^2 - 4x = -13
(x - 2)^2 = -9
x - 2 = +- 3i
x = 2 +- 3i
