Write the quadratic equation with a lead coefficient of 1 whose roots are 3 and (-1/4)
--------------
If 3 is a root, (x-3) is a factor.
If (-1/4) is a root, (4x+1) is a factor
EQUATION:
y=(x-3)(4x+1)
y=4x^2-11x-3
