Can someone help me on this problem?
I need to write the equation of the line L satisfying the given geometric conditions
L has y-intercept (0, 2) and is perpendicular to the line with equation 2x - 3y = 6
PERPENDICULAR EN. IS
2Y+3X=K.....IT GOES THROUGH (0,2).SO
2*2+3*0=K=4
HENCE EQN. OF PERPENDICULAR IS
2Y+3X=4
Thanks, Ashley
