Question 487282: Line RS bisects PQ at point R. Find RQ if PQ =14cm. The formula I have to work with is PQ=Pr+RQ. I know RQ is 7 but now sure how to apply the formula to get the answer.
Answer by cleomenius(959) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Line RS is bisecting PQ into 2 equal line segments, PR and RQ.
If PQ is 14, each segment, PR and RQ will be 7.
14 = PR + 7.
Cleomenius.
