Some professional golfers give golf lessons.
All people who belong to the PGA are professional golfers.
∴ All people who belong to the PGA give golf lessons.

Draw a rectangle. That is the universe of golfers. Draw a circle inside of the rectangle that represents that subset of golfers that are professionals. Draw another circle that partially overlaps the first circle that represents golfers who give golf lessons (I think we can safely draw this second circle entirely within the universe of golfers since it is hard to imagine a person who gives golf lessons that is not a golfer) Draw another circle that is completely inside of the professional golfer circle that represents members of the PGA. The PGA circle may or may not overlap the golf instructor circle -- it probably does, but nothing in the premises requires it.

Part of the PGA circle at least is not inside of the golf instructor circle. Therefore it is not valid to conclude that all PGA members give golf lessons.
