I assume the circle in inscribed inside the square (i.e. circle touches each side of the square at exactly 1 point)? If so...
Find the length (s) of one side of the square:
ft.
With this information, you can now find the area of the square (A):
square ft.

You are given enough information to find the area of the circle (B):
square feet.
---------------------
Finally, to get the area inside the square but outside the circle, just subtract the area of the circle from the area of the square:
