Problem States:
Line RQ bisects line DE at S.
D_______S________E   | S is the point that bisects DE
That is:  DS = ES
If DS = 10 + 3x and ES = -2 + 6x 
 -2 + 6x =  10 + 3x
   x = 4
find DE
Substituting x = 4
DE = 22 + 22 =
